Who pissed in your cornflakes?

You may not be aware, but the developers of SM are not paid for their
work. This is a volunteer community. In my experience, they do good work
and are generous with assistance.

If your request went unanswered, it may be that members were too busy to
respond. It may be that they didn't have a good response to make. It may
be that the feature you requested was not widely needed or would be
onerously difficult to code. Either way, you have no right to slam group
members just because you didn't get what you wanted.
