Have you applied exchange preset in squirrelmail configuration?
conf.pl -> d -> exchange -> save your config.

Could you show Exchange capability and namespace information?
telnet exchange-server 143
some response
a01 capability
some response (I need it)
a02 login your-username your-password
some response
a03 namespace
some response
(I need it. command should work only if capability lists NAMESPACE)
a04 logout
