Hi Tomas,

The steps you've provided is working with no error. However, my client query me why is it Squirrelmail cannot retrieve back their existing mails which stay as sub folder of Inbox.

Under MS Outlook Webmail it can be seen, and retrieve the emails.

- Inbox
   - Sub Folder 1
   - Sub Folder 2
   - Sub Folder 3

Please advice,
Gabriel

Exchange doesn't support IMAP SORT extension. Server side sorting is not
turned on by default in SquirrelMail. Turn off server side sorting.

Hello Tomas,

Please advice me, where can I find "server side sorting"

Gab

it is part of SquirrelMail configuration.

Start conf.pl, select 4. General Options, select 11. Allow server-side
sorting, choose no.

or modify $allow_server_sort setting in config.php file.
