The code ends with the output from the displayPageHeader() function only. 
Something is tripping up compose.php.

Try disabling all plugins and seeing if that works.  My first choice would
be the compose_fix plugin; 1.4.3 contains some of its functionality
anyway.  Also, turn on php errors in php.ini (display_errors=On and
error_reporting=E_ALL and restart web server) and see if you get any
errors.
