Although if you have the right kind of setup, there are actually plugins
that provide this functionality in SquirrelMail.  Vadmin is the best one,
and it currently only provides a front end for Vmailmgr (which is used
with the Qmail SMTP server), but I am working to add MySQL to that list
(works with most any (reasonable) email server setups) and Konstantin has
one other backend in mind (I forget which).  Also, I haven't looked at it,
but doesn't the vpopmail plugin do something along those lines...??
