Well... I still don't have much to go on, particularly because Quicksave
itself has nothing to do with user login information.  It is possible that
something in its generic setup is causing a side effect, quite possibly in
combination with another plugin.  I will look over the setup code, but the
only good suggestion I have right now is for you to disable all plugins
(sorry, I see you have a long list) and add quicksave first (or as soon as
feasible) and see if it works then.  If it does, add plugins one at a
time, and if you can narrow down one that isn't playing well with
Quicksave, I can probably take it from there.... but that's assuming that
that's the problem...  it's all I can offer at this point
