  I sent you yet another debug version of the setup.php file for vlogin
earlier today off the SM-USERS list, but here is another one with even
more debug stuff.  It will actually try to reset the title bar text
manually in the same place it had been trying to do it dynamically.
When you have time, try it out and tell me what you get when you log in
(the errors can be ignored).
