So it looks like this has to do with the Wacom driver. I am able to get
it to work again but without being able to configure the tablet itself.
However the pen is recognized and working fine.

It does work fine in 18.04 but not in any other Ubuntu Version after
that. I.e. 20.04, etc.
Currently I get the following output from libwacom-list-local-devices,
but that is after I applied my little patch into the 70-wacom.conf, I
currently get the same
Here is what I get running libwacom-list-local-devices in my live stick
with Ubuntu 21.04. Looks pretty much the same to me unless I missed
anything.
The tablet and pen however are not recognized and don't work. In the
settings it does however show the menu option for "Wacom Tablet"

The XP Pen Star 03 graphics tablet worked on Ubuntu 18.04 but is no

I tested 20.04 and am currently running 21.04. it is recognized but in
the system settings it says not tablet and not stylus found.

Ok so first of. I'm posting some more infos on this in my next comment.
Second I'm unsure if ubuntu-release-upgrader is actually the riht place
for this bug. It most likely should be libinput rather. But I am unsure,
since I don't know what actually causes this. I'll change it to libinput
though.
I think this fits better into xserver-xorg-input-libinput let me know if
you know where exactly this is bug is located and coming from.

I have the same problem with the difference that the mail body is added as an
attachment too.
This only happens if using mail with attachments as descriped above.
I think this problem is solved from mail --version 3.9-7 upwards and

I just had a look at the gdm translation in rosetta.
It's fubarred!
In any case, the relevant mgsid _Hibernate was according to Rosetta
wrongly translated to _Slaapstand by a person called Rintze Zelle on

Hmm, gnome-cups-manager has
msgid: printing
msgstr:printers
with a suggestion in launchpad that it is translated elswhere as: Bezig met
afdrukken.
So this seems to be the reverse case. Unless the original English: "printing",
has a context of "about printing" or something I would never transla
Right, these entries are in fact part of gnome-cups-manager. At the moment they
are translated as: "Printers configureren" (this is the menu-tooltip) and
"Printers" (this is the menu entry).
I'll add a comment in the msgid that "printing" should not be translated as

speaks about "Restart and Install" whereas the issue in our case, the button
has "Restart & Update".
Also, the status of this bug is "Fix released" (March 2016)
