I upgraded to jaunty, problem stays the same.
I experimented a bit myself, and I came upon something interesting I think:
If I open in hugin 124 or more images, it gives me the messsage "Could not
execute command: autopano-complete"
If I open in hugin 123 images, it crashes, I reported a new bug a
Correction: filenames are "img_2579.jpg" ... "img_2725.jpg"
everything stays just the same if I rename files and strip the prefix
"img_2", so all files are named "579.jpg" ... "725.jpg". I just thought
it could have been something about a parameter list that's too long.

Usually, I shut down my pc via the fast user-switch. But recently it
seems that something changed: If I click on "Shutdown", I want the
computer to shutdown immediatly, but now all that happens is that this
confirmation dialogue pops up.

I didn't change anything, just told ubuntu to use the "old" / and swap
partition without formatting or deleting anything. But it did say it would

If there's no other help, I guess I have to do a re-installation from

I was not using a LCD but 2 different CRTs.
Like I said the bug is gone :-) but in my humble opinion the source of the
problem should be tracked down (i.e. why firefox was not rebooting properly)
and be corrected - I believe that an easy working browser is crucial for an OS
like Ubuntu

killall -9 firefox
did the trick. But as I rebooted my pc several times now and that didn't
fix the bug I wonder if this bug shouldn't be kept open until the source
for the problem is found?

Additionally, when I try "Export to -> Folder" and I choose "Create gallery
using "Original"", I still get the following error:

An additional note to the error in "Create gallery using "Original"": The
errormessage appears at the very end of the export process (and not after every
single exported image)

Happened on f-spot 0.4.3.1, Ubuntu Hardy AMD 64, all german.
I just enabled Picasa in my googlemail-account and tried to upload a picture to
it in f-spot. So I clicked on "Photo" -> "Export to" -> "Picasa" -> "Add
Gallery" and entered my googlem
Happened to me, too (sorry for my duplicate bug entry), but maybe my
tries to open f-spot via console give additional hints for tracking down
the problem...?

I reported Bug #306980 , in which I described that totem sometimes quits
immediately when I try to open a video. So far I have not found any way to
reproduce the error for sure, it just works (and sometimes does not).
Same goes for Google-Earth, sometimes I can use it normal

Another additional note:
desktop-effects are working well (eg. the "wobble effect" when moving windows).
But sometimes they seem to fail, the wobble-effect etc. is gone. But that
failure is independent to the other problems (google earth unusable, totem
crashes).

The problem didn't occur in some time, but as I don't know a way to reproduce
it, I can't tell for sure if my problem is gone after recent updates :-/

the first one where created like described at
