does not, only difference I can see (between the 386 and 686) is in the
menu.lst, the 686 one does not have initing, adding it does not solve

This is mainly a wish, I noticed when I was playing tremulous with my

now I feel like an idiot. a few months ago I reorganized everything in
my home directory (instead of being in /home/thomas/Photos it was moved
to /home/thomas/media/Photos) Other than moving them back to the
original location, is there a way I can keep all the tags and such
without having to reim
just fyi, if this bug is pissing anyone else off and they do not mind
reimporting all their music, a simple
rm -rf ~/.gnome2/banshee/
should fix it.

Having to type this in from links2 now, so I cannot copy/paste/etc. but
after todays updates, I go to login to gnome, and I get the error in the

upgrades since when i searched for AT_SPI_whatever with locate

also just updated to gnome-session 2.17.2 and I guess now gnome-session

posted them. Anyhow, I just uninstalled (apt-get remove at-spi) and it
got rid of a few other packages but after you remove it you can login
and use your desktop. (guess the at_spi stuff is for disabled people).

I think Travis just needs to double check his grammer (I think that is what the

Question is, why is the session saving compiz.real instead of compiz, and why
is it that that cannot be fixed (it is a technical problem,

I had both gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg (video codecs for youtube) and
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly (audio codec for youtube) installed, and youtube
would not play, just totally blank, plays audio for a second

Using a 32 bit system. If it works for you, it must be something I am doing
wrong, however, I really don't see what I am doing wrong.
1. Went to youtube.com and opened a video
2. it did not play as expected
3. uninstalled gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg AND gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly to see if
easy-codec-i

Tried it, still no luck... Interesting thing though, if I open a video from
youtube in a background tab, it will play just fine (I can hear the audio and
everything) once I click on the tab to see it, it stops.
Another thing to note, i left my computer for about 2 hours, when I came back,

as requested, video does work in gmplayer with the opengl method (restarted it
too to make sure).
