It's the normal behavior after the openssh update, I don't think there
was an easy way to trigger an ltsp-update-sshkeys + ltsp-update-image
from the openssh upgrade process.
Instructions on how to update the ssh keys in the chroot have been
posted to the edubuntu-users mailing-list :

Marking the bug as invalid for LTSP, looking at the description, comments and
the upstream bug there is no mention of LTSP. It sounds like a software bug in
a LTSP environment but in no way a ltsp specific issue.

Public bug reported:
Starting Xorg without hald running (in my case a LTSP thin client) makes

Starting manually dbus and hald then restarting X makes the mouse and keyboard

In cases where hald is not running/installed, Xorg should fallback to th

Confirmed, 020-apt-get-update should also check apt.conf for PROXY.
I'm not sure if debootstrap will check that file though so you may need
http_proxy anyway.

I just upgraded to 1:6.9.0.91-1ubuntu1 and the issue is still here so the new
upstream didn't help.
Something else that I didn't mention before but may be of importance is that
I'm running on amd64.
