I installed Intrepid final today. Using fglrx + compiz, suspends fine
but system is messed up upon resume. You can move the mouse around and
see that, but you can't see anything else besides a mostly black screen
with some random garbage on it. Disabling visual effects makes

suspend/resume doesn't work at all for me anymore. This happens in
several distributions (ubuntu, opensuse, arch), using kernel versions
