Public bug reported: Binary package hint: geany
Ubuntu 9.04 Geany 0.17 from Geany Developers PPA; also happens with Geany 0.16 in repo If you use the very-handy 'Go to matching brace' function in Geany (default keyboard shortcut is CTRL+B) it will move the cursor to the matching brace as expected. However, if the matching brace is off screen in the horizontal direction, it will not scroll the display horizontally so that the cursor is visible. It will scroll vertically. Workaround: every time you press CTRL+B, follow up with CTRL+SHFT+L (keyboard shortcut for Scroll to current line) ** Affects: geany (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Geany Match Brace doesn't scroll horizontally https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/392710 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
