Just an explanation why I posted tihs bug:
It wasn't my intention to use totem as a flash player. I just clicked on that
link and that caused totem to start. Then that error message popped up: "Es ist

The printer's recognition / install phase always works fine. At every
re-install, the procedure asks to confirm the selected driver: didn't anything

Any news on this? It's been almost 3 weeks ago since feisty got released
and the problem still exists! There are no newer install cd's, and the
recommandation from Ben (piix) did not work for me. My pc has no SATA-
devices (not even a SATA-controller), and I'm not able to install and
work with feis

I've got 3 partitions on my harddisc:
hda1, 20 GB, NTFS, Windows XP
hda5, 1 GB, Linux Swap
hda6, 20 GB, EXT3, Ubuntu 6.10
Downloaded the daily Ubuntu Feisty CD today, checked MD5SUM and
I'm runing i386 on an AMD Athlon 2200+, using generic kernel.
At the moment I haven't tried it again, soo I'm not sure if the problem
still exists. Hopefully I can try it again in the near future to tell if
it works.

I just found the same error message in my Xorg.0.log.
It only occures on my notebook with an Intel GMA 950 graphic chipset. It never
happened with 9.04, it started with 9.10.
At first the error seemed to occur randomly, but the last two times it
happened when I was copying text with Ctrl-c. Right
