Sorry, I normally include that information in my report, but I just
forgot to add it this time. I have Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 with GNOME 3.16.
And I am using Numix as my theme. I have attached a screenshot of my
theme configuration so that you can see exactly what I use:

After I disabled my screen reader, I noticed that when running "ps xa |
grep -P 'speech-dispatcher.*\.conf'" I get:

Strange that there was a build failure, but I have tested it in a 15.10
VM, and it works fine. Though that was a 32-bit VM and not a 64-bit one
due to there being a small amount of RAM assigned to it.
