I reinstalled the package, no dice. I then looked around for it, and
found that it had been renamed to old.libgbm1.so, along with the file it
linked to. I renamed both, removing the "old.", and now 3D works. It's
definitely still a bug though.

For me, notifications are always displayed on the right-hand monitor, so
I often miss them.
Instead, notifications should be displayed on the monitor where the
mouse cursor is, in order to make them more visible.
