Public bug reported: What happens: 1. I attempt to synchronise the folder called Music in my /home/user folder by marking it for synchronisation in the the UbuntuOne client window. 2. The folder doesn't exist, and was instead replaced with a symbolic link to a folder on a local server 3. UbuntuOne fails to synchronise the server, and simply keeps looping "Gathering information", until the user closes the window.
What should happen: 1. I attempt to synchronise the folder called Music in my /home/user folder by marking it for synchronisation in the the UbuntuOne client window. 2. The folder doesn't exist, and was instead replaced with a symbolic link to a folder on a local server 3. UbuntuOne notices that there is an invalid symlink preventing it from creating the folder for syncing, and prompts the user for permission to delete it.
