I guess the assert fails because the code fails to realize the drag/drop

I think 2 programs cannot use the hardware overlay layer both at the
same time. Totem might use a software layer when the overlay is in use

I believe the spaces (% followed by smth.) are the "numbers" part of the
problem (they should in fact be there so that the url drives you to the
correct bug or whatever). Seems like firefox interprets the url as a
