Public bug reported:
The display preferences window is unusable on a Eee 701SD which supports
a resolution of 800 x 480 (16:10) by default. The window takes too much
vertical space and maximizing doesn't workaround the problem. I have

The problem also occurs, but to a lesser extent, on a Eee 900 which
supports a resolution of 1024 x 600 (16:9) by default. I have attached
the corresponding screenshot.
