Please add a command to the Help menu to show the user the Emacs guided
tour. I see two options for how it could work:
1. You could make the command launch the system default web browser and
point it to http://www.gnu.org/s/emacs/tour/
2. Or
I just manually forwarded this feature request to emacs-devel gnu
dot org using my email program. I mentioned in the manual forward that
it was forwarded from here. I hope the message will make it to the
mailing list. Email subject was: Please add a "Guided Tour" menu

Romain, no. I think it would be better prefer to also have a link on
the Help menu. That's because I bet many users look only on the Help
menu, and not also on the splash screen, for help.

I recently tested pressing PrintScreen inside several uncommonly-used
text editors while running in console mode. The key seems to make a few
of them, including NLED by Evan Weaver, become unresponsive forever.
Vim and Nano are unaffected though.

ido-mode, iswitchb-mode, and ffap-bindings all enabled.

I have used Edgy for a few months. These problems started a few weeks
ago, likely after a dist-upgrade.
First, the slow-keys (bounce-keys?) accessibility feature
enabled itself. Then I disabled it.
Then other problems started. For all users on my laptop:

Note: I think the "Owner of /tmp/orbit-j2 is not the current user"
message is because of additional troubleshooting steps I have taken
since, which include deleting my ~/.gcon* and ~/.gno* and deleting
certain things in /tmp. My username is j, but I made another user j2.

menu, the F5 screen of the game would instantly appear, to let you load,
save, etc.

When I start viper with M-x viper-mode, it applies only to the current
foreground buffer. (Surprisingly, when I open new buffers afterwards,
they start up in viper-mode too.) It would be great if there was an M-x
global-viper-mode command which applied to all buffers.

I am using Ubuntu 6.06 (Gnome 2.14.3). In the keybinding capplet, when I
change the "next track" keybinding (yes, that keybinding specifically)
to "Ctrl+Alt+n" then it allows me to change the key to "n". This breaks
my "n" key.
