just choose 460-server in the driver manager post-install.

1.9.3 so I'm interested to see if/when it will make it to Ubuntu, and to

The ytnef and ytnefprint binaries just call libytnef, both the wrong and
the right fixes to CVE-2017-9068 are definitely part of the library,
I might be missing something here, but this seems to suggest that the
only way to get disk quotas working on an AWS machine using the official
linux-aws kernel is to compile your own kernel including them -- there's

For testing, I have upgraded my Lenovo T440s under Ubuntu 14.10 beta 2
one week ago. The native kernel is 3.16 (today 3.16.0-21).
Since the upgrade, WiFi networks are seen. But it's fully impossible to
connect to anyone, even if it's a fully open network, ie without
authentication protoc

I didn't actually notice the failed install. But connectivity went
away. I had to remove and re-install Samba from scratch to get it
working again. Note also that security=user seems to cause the Samba

again in 'raring' (13.04).
I had forgotten about the "setxkbmap gb" workaround, but as Stewart
says, you shouldn't have to need this workaround. Can someone smart fix

Switched to 32 bit last night and things are indeed working much better
for me. Suspend / unsuspend is working like a champ. Again, I've got a
Thinkpad W520 (w/ nVidia binary driver), not a Dell. YMMV.

Following up, the gnome power settings workaround helped slightly, but I
still got lots of crashes and unsuspend failures. I did end up going w/
32 bit Ubuntu 11.04 + nVidia binary driver and things are working quite
smoothly now, albeit with 1/2 the bits :-P

this doesn't happen with 32 bit 11.04. Maybe that will be a clue for
somebody? I was on the verge of moving to the 32 bit version when I
discovered this launchpad bug and the workaround. Whew!

Similar problem on Thinkpad W520. Didn't seem to happen w/ 32 bit
Ubuntu 11.04 for me, but does w/ 64 bit. I am also using the nVidia
binary driver (I'm currently using 270.41.19, the .deb from the
ubuntu-x-swat ppa). Haven't tried kernel 2.6.39-0 yet.

That has been my experience, but I've spent a lot more time with the 64

I am having the same problem running Synaptic on Ubuntu 11.04. The
problem in my case is that when I mark the packages for removal the
apply button doesn't even activate, therefore none of the packages can
be removed. I tried it under root and that didn't work either.
