This is more than a wishlist bug. I've been seriously confused for some
time about why all the boxes under the VPN tab are greyed out and it
won't let me do anything. This is even more so given that network-
manager offers a "Configure VPN" button in its main interface in the
panel.

appears to have been retired in favour of the partner repository, and
our instructions no longer refer to it as far as I can see. Realplayer
doesn't appear in the Canonical repository since Hardy and so the
installation instructions

I tried adding scrollkeeper as a build-dep and depends with yelp as
suggests (as with other gnome packages), but this doesn't seem to have
resolved the problem.
In the build various files exist in ./debian/tmp/usr/share/omf/brasero/
but these don't get installed on the system, I'm not clear why.

I don't think there is a reason to implement this - there is no reason
to change the build directory in the Makefile that I am aware of. There
is already the possibility to change the value of "$LANG" in fix-urls.sh
and that should take care of any translation requirements.
