Public bug reported:

The recent upload of gnome-user-docs (version 2.26.0+svn20090323ubuntu2)
which split the package into different languages has broken all the
documents in yelp, because omf files for each language/document are no
longer installed in /usr/share/omf as they need to be.

To reproduce:

1. Open yelp
2. Note the absence of gnome documents as follows:

 (a) no more "Assistive Tools" link in the left hand menu (which was a link to
the gnome-access-guide)
 (b) all links to gnome documents (e.g. the first two links in the "New to
Ubuntu" document, the first link in the "Files, Folders and Documents"
document) are broken.
