No! Even when I changed the locale to en-US (making sure the LANG and
LANGUAGE vars were correct) and rebooted, the inconsistencies were still
there. I'll check to see that my locale packages are correctly
installed, but so far it looks like all of English has this problem.

I am still affected by the bug. One thing that may be related is the
fact that no matter how many times you install the driver, Jockey
reports it as "activated but not in use". For reference, another driver,
nouveau, works properly and reports as "activated and in use".

same. Linux source for this version doesn't seem to have version.h for
some reason, here are the two methods I've tried:

Update: the headers directory was missing, and I might have accidentally
deleted it myself, but 'reinstalling' the linux-headers packages, I now
have version.h here:

Looks like I should symlink the *headers*, not the *source*. I'll

1st reboot: corrupted visuals, screen shift
2nd reboot: works, but compiz fails because of no GLX extension

As of the latest update (0.2.16), usb-creator-gtk doesn't work. When
trying to install a live USB, the program says that the installation of
the bootloader failed, and then quits. I have tried the Jaunty CD,
Jaunty ISO and Karmic ISO with both space reservation options. Anothe
@illbashu, same problem here, except compiz succeeds in starting - while
being rendered sub-1-fps. I'm actually glad that you have the problem
too (not to be sadistic here) - previously I had that bad feeling that
no one else has the problem and I'd have to reinstall.

There is a quick display of messages on terminal 7, before being
replaced with the X server once it starts and logs in graphically. The
output on the terminal is somewhat garbled; and I have reason to believe
this may be related to myself having two screens in NVIDIA TwinView.

It is reproducible. You can test this, for example, by removing the
extension from a media file, and observing that it is still recognised
as a media file in Nautilus because of its magic number data. Then open
a media player, e.g. SMPlayer or Totem, and use the "Open..." facility.

consistently hangs on sorting by supported status. No other column sorts
exhibit this problem. Unfortunately there's no console output to post
