Yes Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, and Lubuntu 18.04 LTS were long-term-support
releases, however that means 5 years for Ubuntu 18.04 LTS & 3 years for
'universe' based Lubuntu 18.04 LTS. Not all 'universe' packages however
had 3 years of supported life, eg

- installed `xfwm4` & switched to that
- logout & login & so now using `xfwm4` & issue
