Lubuntu 18.04 LTS, being a flavor had only 3 years of supported life which has now ended - see https://lubuntu.me/bionic-eol/ The package this bug is filed against thus is out of support, and won't be fixed. I suspect your issue however is with a grub2 package, not a Lubuntu package, which would be still supported. If the package is changed to a supported package, I'd suggest performing the following (after package change is made of course). Please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal: apport-collect 1927853 When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu- bug' and the name of the package affected.
