OK, the problem is gone for me but unfortunately I can't exactly tell

(see my harddisk/partition configuration in my prevoius post)
I reinstalled grup on /dev/sdb with `sudo dpkg-reconfigure grub-pc` like Felix
suggested.

I can confirm this bug for the current eclipse version 3.5.1 (galileo-
SR1) in Ubuntu 9.10.
I doesn't just affect buttons, it affects all GUI elements like
checkboxes, dopdowns etc. They can not be selected with the mouse any
more but they can be activated with the keyboard (space key, tab
key...)
Sorry to bring the bad news, but as of today (June 14, 2006), with
kernel 2.6.15-23-386 installed on my Lenovo 3000 N100 (type 0768, model

The same happened to me with Atril (Mate desktop) and Evince (Gnome
desktop) in Debian testing last month. Stop opening cbr files but still
opening cbz files. It's a problem with mime types.

I have also had this problem - MSI Tomahawk Arctic B350, ryzen 1700, vega 56 gpu
ubuntu 19.04 - ignores bios setting, attempts to boot, kernel panic with lots
of AMD-Vi: Completion-Wait loop timed out
Reboot to find grub in rescue mode, and all ext4 partitions wiped. Can't
boot live disc either,
I had the same issue and I had to reinstall 19.04, but anyway I want to
use the latest Ubuntu, so I afraid to install it again.
Question: How can I check compatibility before updating?

The version from the PPA did not solve this issue for me on Cosmic, but
I've been running the version from proposed over the weekend and the
issue did not occur. Looks good so far!

I have now installed the proposed package and will return to report in a few
days, if the error didn't occur again.
I feel like the behaviour in my case is a more severe bug, as it shows
previously displayed content which is a security concern. However, as the
