OK. I think it was the same bug or, at least, the same problem. In Ubuntu 16.04 LTS and Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, NatNetwork don't let the virtual machines access internet, even if the file /usr/lib/virtualbox/VBoxNetNAT exist. But I am going to open a new bug.
> try vbox in 18.10, that contains lots of NAT fixes. It's not an option for me. There are 200 computers at my job with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS , and I am just a worker, not the IT administrator. At home I can install a new distro to fix a problem, but not at work. At the schools of my country there are thousands and thousands of computers working with distros build on top of Ubuntu LTS. We can't move from LTS so easily. If there is a problem, we expect and help the problem to be fix in Ubuntu LTS.
