We (autopkgtest.ubuntu.com) had an unattended upgrade recently bump our
apache version to 2.4.41-4ubuntu3.17.
This was problematic for us - we serve static files through apache and
seemingly after this version bump, our transfer encodings are now ALWAYS
set to be "chunked".
One thing I notice is that the libvirt xml from EPYC at
/usr/share/libvirt/cpu_map/x86_EPYC-Rome.xml ofc is not updated but also
a new one for using -v4 is not rendered.
That means I can't instruct nova to use EPYC-Rome-v4 with
# grep -i epyc /etc/nova/nova.conf

I have the same error but different firmware used on iwlwifi module.
It's the same network card. It crashes in a few minutes of use and
reveals a slow network connection and packet drops. I can't even test
network speed by speedtest.net because the test is ending with an error.
Ubuntu 23.10 here.
By removing the call to phpinfo(), I could get back to zero errors with
the package in -proposed (and a few thousand with the package in the
release pocket), meaning the observed noise was indeed unrelated to this
bug/fix.

/home/$LOGNAME is a symbolic link to /Users/$LOGNAME. This arrangement
