During window close process method org.eclipse.widgets.Display.removeWidget()

- g_object_set_qdata returns handle, which is then casted to int (in amd64
sizeof(int) is still 4!)

I have the same problem too... ever since some recent update, the
touchpad is detected as a PS2 mouse. But that made the scrolling work.
The Sony Vaio E series has an ALPS touchpad, as it was detected as such
with the original 10.4 installation.

To my great frustration these problems persist in Lucid. Fortunately
BeJay's solution above works on this platform also.
Just make and install the appropriate sierra driver source tar from
their website and all is now good for my AC880U using networkmanager.

I agree with Gro-Tsen. I have better IPv6 connectivity than IPv4, and
while IPv6 is preferred for most connections, if they are hosted on a
6to4 (2002::/16) host, then IPv4 is used. Some applications can force
IPv6 (i.e. ssh -6, or telnet -6), but others cannot (i.e. Firefox or
Chromium).

I could stop the ratelimit.c messages bei changing the log-level. To do
that edit /etc/pulse/daemon.conf:
Change the line:

into:
log-level = error

Apparently there is still a problem with the add-ins and the Tools menu.
No matter what I do, I can't seem to be able to get Sticky Notes
Importer or any other add-in to appear in the Tools menu. There is just
one item, Synchronize Notes.

I eventually solved this by switching the printer to a wired connection
rather than wireless. Prints fine now. Switching back to wireless causes
the same issue again. Wired and wireless printer connections both work
in 32-bit Lucid. By wired connection I mean a wired connection to my
router not to

And it's still not working in 10.04, the fscache module is loaded but
since no filesystems actually uses fscache it is not working.

unduplicating the bug as discussed on IRC, the issue there is not that
what is typed is preserved but that the initial "Search" label in the
entry indicating the function of the widget is kept when the user select
the entry which leads to doubt about what to do, ie should the text
there be deleted?
