I've had to reinstall Dapper since I filed the bug, and I cannot recreate the bug now (thank goodness). Emulate3Buttons isn't specified at all for my Touchpad (which is the only mouse I have), so it probably wasn't specified when I had the problem. (It's not likely that I would have changed it.)
