Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: openoffice.org-l10n-de
German translations for Keys like Backspace (Rückschritt) or Slash
(Schrägstrich) seem to be wrong encoded, instead of the Umlauts I only
get garbarge. Other translations seem fine, but I'm not sure if other
strings are affected. The Package from OpenOffice.org does not show this
behaviour.
