Problem was partially resolved via removing the kernel module (iwlagn
and iwl4965 drivers) and readding them with an option to disable 11n.
sudo rmmod -s iwlagn (or iwl4965)
sudo modprobe iwlagn (or iwl4965) 11n_disable=1
This is just a band-aide. This really needs to be investigated further.

I have updated the bug with logs. However, I am using a mainstream
kernel @ 3.0.6, on Ubuntu 11.04, where the wifi is working properly.
However, the bug is in Ubuntu 11.10.
