The spreadsheet shows up as 00:32:00 even in Excel, at least in Excel
2007 which is part of Office 2007. So it appears your spreadsheet is
buggy and should use the [HH]:MM:SS form in OpenOffice and some other
similar format in Excel.

I cannot locate the cell format option [hh]:mm:ss in OpenOffice. It is
