been attached. Note that I was unable to remove my wireless mouse and
keyboard (Device 003).

Hal, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better. Could you
please plug in the USB camera into your PC, unplug all other USB devices,
execute the following at a terminal, and post the results to this report:

As well, could you please confirm this issue exists with the lates
To note, both Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 and Windows 7 can successfully access
the device.
