Correct, if you see the bug you posted, updating "mesa" source package
fixed the issue. I had to delete kwinrc for it to pick up on the change
though.

RAM. It does not happen when I revert to the default suspend-only mode.

on render ring" messages are also gone.

I use plasma-nm with my work network's VPN, and it used to show a lock
icon on the wifi when VPN was active. After a recent update where the
layouts were changed, on activating VPN, there is no icon when VPN is
active. It shows a blank icon in place of the wifi signal icon.

I am using the Kubuntu Beta 2 Live CD to install it on my Sony Vaio
SVS13A190X laptop. It has one SSD with GPT partition and uses UEFI.
After the prepare step, the installer hangs, presumably because of an
inability to read some partitions, going by the syslog (attached).

The output of dig in 2 cases, as shown in the attached file,
conclusively proves that the router is not at fault. Also, the same
setup works on other computers, so router dns software can be eliminated
as a problem point.
