Every time I try to report a bug using apport or from command line using
"ubuntu-bug", I get this KDE crash dialogue box (screenshot attached).
This is the output on the terminal:

The KDE crash handler dialogue tells me to report the bug to kubuntu-
de...@lists.ubuntu.com, but I don't have the permission to post to that
list.
