I do have gsfonts installed, version 1:8.11+urwcyr1.0.7~pre44-4.5 . As
noted, the font rendering is fine if I disable
"browser.display.use_document_fonts". So it is not a missing font
problem.

I do get the wireguard connections when i run "nmcli c"
when i delete those connections with nmcli c delete uuid. It deletes the
connections and clears the netplans too.
Thanks for the help. I guess this could be a temporary fix. Will there

I'm affected by this bug. I tried the patched kernel posted by
jsalisbury above (including modules and headers packages), but it boots
in low-res mode (640x480 -- should be 1920x1080), and glxinfo shows the
vendor as VMware and device as llvmpipe (should be Intel and Mesa). Is
any other information
Forgot to say, this is Xubuntu 18.04. Previous kernel was 4.15.0-23.25.
I am trying 4.15.0-24.26 from the repo now.

Yes, I was applying updates from GUI.
But irrespective of that, where I apply updates from command line or from GUI,
it is a bug.
Me applying, updates from terminal doesn’t fix this bug :)

I tried to install wps office. couldn't as it said it needs some older
version of libping12 which "could not be installed" so I purged the one
