After running this command sudo grep -r thermal-conf.xml /etc, nothing
will happened. But there is a file named thermal-cpu-cdev-order.xml.
This file is to be remove?

I used Ubuntu 18.04 LTS in past, this version were faster than Ubuntu
20.04 LTS.

I also change the default swappiness value(60) to 5 because it consumes too
much swap memory during copying any large file from flash disk or any other
devices to laptop and vice versa. During copying files, RAM is available but it
still used swap memory.
But before changing swappiness value, this version(20.04LTS) always perform
slower than 18.04LTS.

There is sometimes shows some firmware missing during boot. I used
legacy first boot method to install Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. My motherboard
supports both Legacy First and UEFI method.

And there is always shows some error on every booting such as 'Sorry,
Ubuntu 20.04 experience an internal error' and 'System program problem
detected'. I were very few experiencing such error in Ubuntu 18.04LTS.

There is no 'tlp' installed in my system.

Thank you sir! For helping me :)
