Dpkg exits with an error:

Looks to me like it is looking for ./user
Is the dot at the begining correct or has a typo killed it?

Please see the screenshot.
My timezone is set to Sydney.
You will see that Sydney is on daylight saving time (AEDT) and is one
hour ahead of Brisbane and Cairns which are on standard time (AEST).
For some reason the timezone acronym for Sydney shows EST when it should
show EDT.
