Public bug reported:

Clock applet shows EST as the time zone acronym for both:

Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) as well as Australian Eastern
Daylight Time (AEDT).

The clock times are correct, it is just the acronyms that are wrong.

This causes much confusion especially as Queensland stays on EST when
New South Wales and Tasmania are on EDT.

This occurs in an up to date 8.04.1
