Binary package hint: kaffeine
When latest Hardy Kaffeine fails to load a DVD, it always assumes that
the DVD is encrypted, instead of detecting whether there are other
causes, like the media not being present at all.
Steps to reproduce:
Click on the "Play DVD" button in Kaf
The fix does display the message correctly. However, I have discovered a
related bug: bug 231933 . Kaffeine always assumes that a DVD is
encrypted, whenever he fails to read it (like when there is no DVD in
the tray).

anymore for quite some time - the original maintainer decided to drop it and
work only on the KDE4 version. There were some attempts to revive it, but KDE3
Dolphin is, as of now, not maintained at all.

I do not think it makes sense to implement HTML tags here. After all,
