After resuming my laptop from suspend, USB is dead. It doesn't even give
power. I have noticed a stacktrace in the dmesg output, just after the

hmm strange, if you have sata disks controlled by sd_mod (check whether
that's loaded by "lsmod |grep sd_mod" ), i'd say there should be a
file with a N/Y or 0/1 in /sys/class/scsi_disk/***/stop_on_shutdown
(something for *** obviously)

:) apparently, the patch is already (partly*) in 2.6.20 , but it is sort
of not activated. However, this can be done manually.

and i need the libkonq4-dev package. Unfortunately there is an unmet
dependancy. Seems to be a naming issue...

- and everything works like a breeze

Unfortunately, the debugsymbol repository, doesn't have synce packages.
If I have any time later this week, I'll compile the package myself.
