The correct DPI is needed for legibility when the same user uses the
same font size settings on multiple monitors. When the user sets the
base font size to be legible in on 1 monitor and then goes to another
which has a higher (true) DPI he will get poorly legible fonts.

gnome-system-log does not use system settings for font size and does not
provide an alternative way to set the font size.
This is a usability and accessibility problem.
The rest of the UI uses a suitable font.
This is sporadic bug. It happened once and not again to me, even on
Karmic. I do not use idjc, so can not say how often it occurs.
It seems suitable to me to either mark it as "Won't Fix" because it
