Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
In Gnome on Lucid Lynx. Logged into an account with gnome settings originating from Karmic Koala. 105-key International keyboard. Multiple layouts tested. Pressing the Up arrow key, "↑", causes a Screen Shot to be taken as if the Print Screen key were pressed. Changing the short cut key for a screen capture to a different key and then back to Print Screen fixed the problem. The up arrow now functions correctly. Perhaps this is a bug present when upgrading Gnome versions from Karmic Koala to Lucid Lynx.
