Hallo, Thanks for the info, But I am just a user and have no skills in
getting technical about reporting a bug. I leave that up to you guys to
sort out. I just reported what I found or what happened. It should be
easy for you to find the problem related to webcamera drivers and what
have you.

When I start Ubuntu ( any version ) installed, the computer boots up and
I then get a white/silver flashes up and down the screen, but no login
screen, until I tap the enter key many times and then it will appear. I
noticed that my usb ports will activate for about 15 seconds
