Public bug reported:

I use cheese as security monitoring at home with some Logitech cameras
like PRO 9000. After upgrading to 11.10, the night vision quality of the
cameras fell to nearly Zero with lack of resolution and brightness. I
contacted Cheese people and they said nothing in their code had changed,
so it must be Ubuntu code problem

I have now downgraded to 11.4 and the problem is fixed. So it appears
that changes in the 11.10 camera codec have impacted on the cameras used
in Cheese. Could someone please revert the camera code back to 11.4
sothat I can upgrade to 11.10 again.

Thanks Guys and Gals.

John
