Workaround: In Frescobaldi, go to
settings -> tool views -> configure okular
In the 'editor' tab, 'editor' is set to 'custom'
Change the 'command' field so it reads
frescobaldi --line %l --column %c
that fixed it here, so backward search works.

POSSIBLE WORKAROUND
I have this on an Asus EEE running Kubuntu.
It's annoying because I can't fix it from the GUI.
I put the attached text in a file called /etc/pm/sleep.d/90_netkick.sh and did
chmod +x on it so it will run automatically on wakeup.
This seems to have fixed it here.

up saying "configuring new printer" and then "ready to print". But it doesn't

After an upgrade to Gutsy, this annoying glitch is finally gone, but only after
I DELETED my ~/.kde/share/config/power-managerrc manually. Perhaps that's what
I should have done right away?

The problem is I'm not certain if this is a problem with the kernel (
suspend mechanism ) or with acpi ( the button sensor mechanism ).
Suspending manually, running 2.6.20, isn't stable either---but when it
works, its LIGHTNING FAST!! Sometimes I just press `suspend' and nothing
