Public bug reported:

This is a major drawback; writing code is really a drag without this
feature; I hate having to type things like SecurityViolationException
more than once!

It affects kile as well. In kile, the latex command completion works
somewhat better (a bit slow, but good enough to be useful), but not the
'real' words (words from the file I'm working on).

I am on Kubuntu Karmic beta1.
