last time I wrote: "the kernel that ships with 10.10 solved this problem on my laptop." it seemed so for a while, but now my touchpad is doing this crazy thing again... :-( I'm not sure if there was a kernel upgrade, beacause I use a mouse and touchpad is switched off.
